The Frugal Fashionista: The Down The Chimney Hunt

Once upon a time, I hated hunts. Absolutely despised them. The hours of tedious lag paired with squinting endlessly at the monitor in hopes of finding some strange little doodad that might contain something half-worth keeping just didn’t do it for me. And don’t even get me started on unpacking all the stuff!  But, when a hunt comes along that is really worth the effort…all those formerly-held feelings of malice disappear. Swiftly, all the “how long is this gonna takes” and “but I suck at hunts” are gone from my head and I am ready and raring to go!

The Down the Chimney Hunt – a “sequel” if you will, to the Skipping Stones Hunt earlier this year – is definitely a hunt worth every moment spent searching for Santa’s Naughty and Nice book. Nearly every item I’ve unboxed has become an instant favorite – not to mention that none of the books were too hard to find!
