Queef Solo, yesterday’s thief, has been contacting Rebel Hope and RH Engel on various mediums to taunt them. One medium is Rebel’s Plurk, as pictured here. Another? SCD comments.
This is the first time that a content thief has had the sheer audacity to contact the person they took from to taunt them. Shiryu Musashi, of Musashi Do, commented “as the linden banned his avatar, they also deleted all the items he created from the database. Let the idiot cry about his failed vendetta.”
Queef countered, “lol lets see is it gone? nyet! my alts have it. Shirya ur the fkn fool.”
What is Queef’s motive? Something about being banned from the Woodshed sims, for being accused of copying. He claims the creators of the store Ramos are the ones that taught him to copy. “Karma”, s/he says… although I’m not sure karma is something consciously created by another human.
“STATE YOUR CASE! no one understands why this happened not even RH himself I am sure. Hes to arrogant to see why and Rebel when shes not crying over it she has her head so far up his ass her head is brown. As for Ramos, she is the one who actually taught me to steal not even knowing it! kudos to her, another ignorant “top designer” who thinks sl revolves around them. So now all of you can bend over and kiss my ass bye now” Queef Solo declares.
The question now is, can anything be done to undo what this obviously ego-fueled content thief has done?

Well, as far as Plurk goes, it depends on how strong their TOS is. If this person is an alt ( and it looks like it from their whining about getting revenge), then LL can almost certainly trace the IP that was used and link this to the original account.
Plurk may be another matter – may be a test of what they deem to be stalking etc.
It's not e-terrorism. It's a sad little shit who is enjoying all their attention.

Attention indeed. You all are feeding this flame. People need to learn to ignore trolls and they will go away. If not, you have the option to kill them off via your site. Continuing to report and taunt back is doing nothing but making this egomaniac stronger in his/her own eyes. Reacting is what is this lowlife expects and craves. Hits and traffic are not worth this. SCD should let the victims handle this and leave well enough alone.
I'm all for denying trolls the oxygen of publicity. But silence in the face of content creation theft, leaving the victims to handle it alone is killing content creation.
My post clearly indicated the plurks going back and forth with this lowlife, the continued debate on the offender by the author of this blog entry, etc. I don't mean that blogging the wares of the shop and shedding light to the wonderful content creation therin is bad. Nor do I have a problem with the first blog report on this situation. Finding out what happened and that the content was being passed around is something that certainly should have been brought to the attention of the masses. I fully understand that there are decent people out there that would delete it and not use it if they knew it was stolen. My concern was with inciting the jerkoff further and giving him the limelight over and over. No more, no less.
I don’t think it’s either, if you have a blog and comments are enabled, people will post, that’s not stalking. Same thing goes for plurk and twitter, these are sites that allow people to follow your movements, if you sign up for an account you *know* this. If you do not want people to comment, or to follow you, do not enable public access, simple.

I think he has Polero, I have just been reading the SLU forum and he’s been posting over there, also made a number of threats to a few store owners about doing the same thing to them.
Also the content has been blacklisted (I think that’s the term) by LL. Does that mean they disable all copies created by a certain person, like the thief? Because otherwise wouldn’t it be detrimental to the creator? If blacklisted means all copies then what about people who have bought these items or the items the creator has on their sim?
I think what they do is ban the avatars and get rid of anything that lists him as a creator…
"Copies" purchased from the original content creator are not the same as ripped products. Ripped content is basically recreated in-world by the ripper — or whichever avatar(s) the ripper sends the data to for recreating the products in-world. Ripped content won't list the same creator for the item, and annihilating the illegitimate product shouldn't affect the legitimate product.

It's neither, it's called Trolling. And, while you're putting forth news to the community about something they might have a need to know, you're also feeding the troll. The more everyone talks about Queef, the more Queef will respond, the more you will write about the audacity of such, and it repeats until everyone gets tired and moves on. It's the law of internet dynamics.
I’d have to agree. Reporting on it’s (Queef) thefts makes sense but continued attention to it’s unclear rants is another. It wants attention. Let the troll get bored and maybe he’ll go play in traffic.

Then again, if it's enough to cause Rebel and RH enough loss of income and actually make them fear for the safety of their private information….criminal stalking is a whole new game. Granted, it's hard to get someone to actually pay attention, but it's been admitted to be direct revenge. Legal action beyond LL is possible…not easy, but possible.
