ROLE Magazine Closing

Looks like ROLE magazine is shutting down!

[10:10]  Leeza Catteneo: yes =D
[10:10]  Leeza Catteneo: November will be the last issue
[10:11]  Leeza Catteneo: I just thought I talk to all advertisers before it hits the feeds and plurk

[10:13]  Leeza Catteneo: We had to decide if we close it down at a point where it is running well or to try it with a lower capacity of time
[10:13]  Leeza Catteneo: But we thought it might be better to close now than to let it die slowly

I guess it isn’t too long before the cookie crumbles. You can read past coverage on ROLE Magazine and it’s antics here: http://shoppingcartdisco.com/?p=3627

I sense the joy behind this post. LOL@you announcing this.

One thing that is guaranteed in life (first or second) is change,
and change isn't always a bad thing.

Whatever personal conflict arose – I cannot speak for – but the business aspect of ROLE, the staff, and the publication – it was the best that we've ever dealt with.

I am sorry to see it close and wish the best for all.

The thing about schadenfreude, there's always going to be someone to return the favour when misfortune hits you. And I get the feeling there is a very long list just waiting for that moment.

It is kinda cute how you think you had any influence on Role closing though.

Good luck to the staff. I enjoyed the magazine a lot and will miss it.

Good riddance, the weak die while the strong remain…
