Seriously though, it seems that in RL and SL 2009 was an utter cnut of a year, and I'm hoping 2010 fairs much better for all of us. I'd like to see Linden Labs focus on the issues that really affect grid residents this year, instead of navel-gazing...that said, I do think they've tried more than previous years to appear as though they are working towards the same goals as residents, even if that isn't necessarily the case!
