Either way, Maggie is nothing more than a liar and a thief. Staff still go unpaid to this date, even though Maggie mentioned in a recent that she will pay from the funds made available to her on the sale of the sim. Shame on you Maggie Mahoney. And don’t give us the BS that what people say about you in here doesn’t phase or bother you. It does – you wouldn’t have mentioned it in a recent blog if it didn’t.

And funny thing, Maggie posted her “final blog” on the 12th stating that the money from the sim sale, funds and such would pay advertisers and staff…it’s now 8 days later and there’s still no paycheck in my account.

Which leads me to believe, she changed her mind yet AGAIN and has no intention on paying any money back.

Maggie and Ocean ran off to RL and left staff in the lurch and advertisers out of money.
Frolic, the douchbag, then did or did not try to take the magazine over
Maggie changed her mind.
Staff are still left in the lurch.

Then a side line of Costa Rica Sims with some lolz on their executive team posting here and Rawly being outed as a past stripper (they need to sort their PR that is hysterical). Even more funny that Runway and Costa Rica were a joint initiative so perhaps they will pay people the money back.

Maggie, Ocean and their PR Managing Staff members screwed all the advertisers not only in the moment they left SL but the whole time! No one of the PR and Marketing Staff members did know about their lies?

Also, the RUNWAY staff worked for Owners who used a copyrighted logo and claimed to have the copyright for it which was another lie. It is ok if you did not know that. But you know it now. Who of the marketing and PR staff members know when and why Maggie and Ocean decided to change the logo and add the disclaimer: “RUNWAY SL is not affiliated with Runway Beauty Fashion Magazine” ?

If the former RUNWAY staff didn’t know about all this but got to know it NOW: Why do they support a merge with just another scammer like Frolic Mills and BOSL who uses exactly the same marketing practice and lies to every single potential advertiser.

If you work with liars and thiefs don’t be surprised if they run away and screw you as well even if you were a “close” staff member. Don’t tell us all of you didnt know that RUNWAY’s and BOSL’s marketing strategy is a lie. Its your choice and your responsibility. Especially if you didnt learn from it and move just over to work for the next liar and thief. And in the moment you decide to do that, you are nothing better than Maggie and Ocean. You just continue to lie to potential advertisers simply under a different umbrella, called BOSL.

There are many names in RL used in SL. As for the capitalization and font, perhaps I can see a complaint in that as far as legal action.

Some staff never questioned this because speaking for myself, I did not know. If that makes me guilty by not researching before I got hired, then so be it.

If you’re leaving SL for good (complete with obits) then LEAVE for chrissakes!

I have nothing against sl citizens with illness, but please dont use your RL illness as an excuse for inappropriate actions!

Have some respect for people who have real illness and cant even get up and face a computer!

Funniest line in this whole fiasco!! I don’t know what their drama is nor do I care but I actually laughed out loud at this.

IMO: Ok Frolic’s name is tainted but in this situation it doesn’t seem to be his fault. Telling the whole SL world you’re leaving before telling your staff is bad form. Giving them the shop and then taking it back is even worse. If Maggie was so sick or in such a hurry due to someone elses illness she wouldn’t have had the time or concern to get on-line and write another blog post about Frolic. Why attack Frolic without talking to the staff members who requested Frolic to consider taking on runway (yea I wrote it lower case)? Since she sold the sim and didn’t pay debtors, leaving them the mag meant what? Just another slap in the face.
