If you’re on a pc and have a scroll mouse, hold down the CTRL button and scroll until the pics are readable.

Your browser downloads the pics in original size and displays them downsized to fit them into the design of the page. I’m sure EVERY browser on the planet has some function to show the original, downloaded pic. If all else fails, save the pic and open it in the file browser.
But I agree that it’s silly to use a design template that forces users to manually enlarge almost every pic that is posted, and confuses users that are not familiar with rarely used functions of their browser. The design of this site is a complete fail at usability.
Are the first and third screenshots supposed to be the same?
On firefox right click the image and go to “View”. That works
