I’ve been wanting to blog about this creator for a while, but I haven’t. This creator has been a little bit of a secret weapon of mine. Everytime I wore something of hers, I’d get stopped and asked where on earth I found something so cute. Since I love you guys, I’ll share my secret with you. Tekilah Elytis has a small-but-quickly-expanding store called Sculpties Up In Here that has many of the best sculpty accessories that I’ve seen. Her prices are also amazingly reasonable.
Here’s a preview, hit the jump for much, much more.

This is the Handknit Flaphat in Green. It’s almost entirely sculpted, easily sizable and really easy to fit to almost any hairstyle. I fit it to about four hairstyles before I settled on this particular hair (the SoHo hair in Midnight from Armidi.) It’s also a steal at only 60L, but since the profits go to buying wool so Tekilah can knit warm winterthings for a Canadian charity, I’d buy the fatpack.

This is the TE Black/Silver Snakeskin Purse. I don’t normally go for bags and purses in SL, but there’s something about the way this one slouches that just makes me love it to death.

The texturing is immaculate, the leather has adorable contrasting stitching and the buckles and hardware are just perfect on this bag. Also, the little TE charm is just too adorable.
Now, on to the shoes:

Here we have the Sculpted Sneakers in Autumn. I believe these sneakers were actually one of the creators first projects, as I remember buying them back when sculpties first came out. Still yet, they look like something I’d buy in real life. I love the pattern on these and the cut of the shoe. The little lacetabs and contrasting stitching on the suede show Tekilah’s loving attention to detail.

These are the Phlat Ballet Flats in Dotty/White and my personal favorites. I wear these constantly in SL, and I’ll tell you why. These cute-as-a-puppy shoes are also color change! You can choose from about 15 colors, as well as having the option to remove the bow or add a strap. Pick these up and you’ll never have to buy ballet flats ever again.

These are the Crisis Pumps I (I didn’t see a Crisis Pumps II, yet)Â and show the same dedication to detail and even more color change options than the Phlat flats. You can choose from about 50 different colors and patterns with these shoes; everything from animal skins to supershiny patent leather in a huge array of colors all organized by family (ie: greens, blues, reds, purples, etc)
This is just a taste, there’s much more waiting (along with a preview of works in progress) in her store. Go check out Sculpties Up In Here at:
