Our lady of bluejeans, Ms. Callie Cline

So if you pay any attention at all to Second Life fashion, you might have heard about this chick named Callie Cline and how she organized a blogger appreciation week although in truth she originally started out with one day.  And what a week it was.  She organized content creators to give gifts to us bloggers — so many that I haven’t even cracked the surface and had to make a new folder just to store the gifts in less my inventory become more of a behemoth than it already is.  Then if that wasn’t enough she had a big party on her land where there were even more gifts.  I took pictures which you can see here (you must log into Flickr to see the pics).

I’ve known Callie since she first opened her store and I bought every outfit in it.  Unfortunately I’m not showing you any of those today because she doesn’t have those out for sale at the moment.  You can be assured that I messaged and properly berated her (during a Second Style meeting no less — I’m sure HeatherDawn must have loved that) for not having those outfits and more shirts for sale.  Callie sells a gazillion styles of jeans.  Ok maybe not a gazillion but a lot and they are well made and they come in a gazillion different colors (as you can see I substitute the words “a gazillion” for “a lot” much of the time.  Its an affectation — deal.)  Anyway I went to the shop and got some stuff to share with you today and maybe more later.  In the picture above I am wearing the blue/purple floral jeans with the Italian “Always Love” t-shirt.  These t-shirts come in four colors, each with “always love” in a different language — Japanese, Italian, English, and French.  They are packaged with a Fat Belt (shown below). The jeans come in a gazillion colors and its one of a gazillion styles.

One of the things Callie really excels in are her accessories.  I’m wearing the Paisley Parade purple scarf and the Avocado Green Fat Belt.  The scarf doesn’t come in a gazillion colors — just five.  But she has way more different scarves and the belts actually do come in a gazillion colors and in a gazillion textures and on all layers.

I don’t blog Maitreya boots nearly enough and I don’t know why because they are fantastic.  Also they come with a wide calf selection and as someone who has a little meat on her legs I cannot begin to tell you how much I appreciate not having to friggin adjust my boots and I wish more designers did that.
