About Lourdes

I'm the vile evil bitch that posts Secrets every Sunday. I also have my own fashion blog at

“Not giving any fucks right now...”

  1. Interesting that I just saw #12 on the website.

  2. Well, maybe it spoke to them and said how they feel? Least it’s not the usual you are a whore stuff! Whoever submitted it, I’m glad you didn’t hurt yourself and I hope you have someone to talk to who understands.

  3. #12 is stolen from Post Secret, the one that’s a thank you post card. It should be removed.

  4. Is it stolen from post secret or did someone think it spoke to them? Frank knows how to get it removed if he feels it violates his rights.

    • Masha Runya says:

I’m not sure how seeing someone else’s image and deciding it “speaks to you” is justification for claiming it as your own. It’s not in the Creative Commons. It’s not deliberately submitted for public use. Post Secret showcases people who are baring secrets in the truest sense of the word in original, artistic ways. Yes, they’re sent in anonymously but that shouldn’t remove the ethical responsibility people have not to claim the work of someone else as their own.

      • Don't care. says:

Considering it is Suicide Prevention Week and the Postsecret postcard is pertinent, I don’t see the problem with it being posted here, as well. I have seen past SCD secrets where Some Ecards were used and Grumpy Cat memes are all over the place, along with other memes.

It could be that the submitter of the secret felt that the Postsecret postcard spoke to them on a personal level. It isn’t a malicious secret but one of hope and self progression. How that is wrongly placed or violates a copyright somehow, I don’t know.

  5. Dear #7.

That’s totally unnecessary and cruel. I hope one day someone is here to mock your love life in public and make you feel shitty about it too!

  6. joshan toby says:

I think names should be published.
Who reads this stuff anyway? A few people.
Does the targeted person read it? They probably dont know scd exists.
Its time and effort of making a picture and posting it for the sake of being cryptic. i bet some secrets are completely made up just for the lulz.

  7. How about this. I won’t post any secrets from your website and you remove the secrets that came from mine.

  8. Is it not a possibility that one person did both?
