So this is a petty jealously blog and not a very creative on at that, my suggestion is to make you own pics to upload and stop stealing the ones your using then stop hiding behind your anonymous tag and show you untalented self to the rest of the world.
ANDDDDDD just because ya’ll aren’t smart enough to find items that are licensed for free use to upload and sell don’t take it out on the rest of the world.

Prove it then. Some licensing details would be nice. If it’s all so innocent, as you say.
I don’t have to prove anything because 1) i’m not the person the post is about, 2) you aren’t the original content creator otherwise you (if you had any idea what you’re talking about) would not have posted a stupid anonymous pic about it, you would have filed a proper DMCA and had the content removed via proper channels and 3) because people like you only want to create drama for other peoplebecause YOU CAN’T CREATE ANYTHING ELSE!
So get a life, get a tutorial or two and get off the drama.
Secrets? Really? I don’t get this crap. The whole “anonymous” thing may have its uses to talk about things you really need support on but don’t have the STRENGTH to be completely open about…. kudos to that…. but COME ON.. .to be petty and sit there and accuse people, bully people and try and put others down in SECRET? Grow some damn balls people. This only comes off as petty and jealous to me. Hide behind your walls all you NEED to, but those that know that what they say is true have NOTHING to hide behind. Period. Those who have to hide who they are in order to bully others will always be the losers to me.

Nope, that site says explicitly that you cannot sell items purchased from that site in any Virtual World, including Second Life.
Then the creator can file a DMCA, posting silly crap here about it however isn’t anything but pathetic. This isn’t anybodies business BUT the original creators. So Stop flamming and grow up!
Before you single 1 solitary person out for something perhaps you should go through marketplace and make an example out of all of the others who not only download from that very site (example https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/72045) but the furniture makers who are using all these apparently illegal meshes to create in Second Life. Perhaps you should think if this is more that she uploaded something, which when she found out she shouldn’t I believe she not only took the items down but deleted them from her inventory, and think maybe its just people being butt hurt because she was a decent person trying to do her own thing. She made a mistake, I am pretty certain you are not above mistakes. Thing is she owned up to it, removed them hell she even publicly apologized. It is truly unfortunate that a community who someone worked to serve is being made to be such a villan. If this is what you family types are all about you really need to look deep inside yourselves and think why you have so much hate in your souls.
I agree. Start with Disney, Pixar and Gucci. That should take you a couple of years alone. And now I am going to do what I should have done yesterday and click the lil red x top right and try to forget the pathetic people who put up these pages actually exist on planet earth with the rest of us.
You might actually want to reread the EULA. No where in it does it state it cant be used in virtual worlds. And reread the question about virtual worlds, since it does not say it explicitly.

Now, in all of the royalty-free sites I have been to, that has meant you cant sell the full package (read here as files) for someone else to use.
Now, most people I have talked to have seen this as a gray area. If they don’t want them to be used in products being sold, they need to explicitly state that.
However, calling her a thief and a lying is plain wrong because she never said she didn’t get it from that site nor did steal since she never said the models were hers, especially when I talked to her. #2 and #3 are just showing people don’t do their research past what they want.
Now this may be a problem:

The only exception here is that simply because you have purchased a product and changed it around (applying textures, adding details, etc.) this does not grant you the right to re-distribute and sell that product as your own.”
Then again, she never said the model was her own. Nor do I remember her saying some of the textures were her own.
