1. I bought a 6 GB pc with enough power to run SL well for $900.00. My broadband is $29. I think you were robbed. I can see $3000 for the pc which isn’t bad for top of the line but why are you paying $100 for broadband??
3. I’ve never liked the shapes that come from most of the major skin stores. They tend to be super tall with heads that don’t fit the size of the body. If that’s what people like then more power to them. I’ve always liked making my own shapes.

10. You can’t implant yourself into someone elses world no matter how nice you are. Some people consider that stalking.
#1 you need to learn how to shop around. You’re paying way too much. And even with what you are paying please tell me you do not use your BB and pricey ass computer just for sl, you better go out and buy yourself a copy of Call of Duty or something or sign up for some dating site, or better yet freaking go outside.
Number 6 is bugging me A LOT.
No. 9 – that’s so sad. It’s really easy to get a conversation going with people and to reach out to them, most folk in here are extremely friendly. You just need to take the first step and ping an IM off.

I first added this to my feed because I hoped it would be an SL version of PostSecret (http://postsecret.blogspot.com/). Instead, it seems to mostly be filled with barbs and arrows slung in a marginally graphical way.
Any chance some guidelines might be posted for it, encouraging folks to actually post secrets, the way it seems to be intended?

#5 – Um… I’m sorry, why is that sad? These higher quality items are still available, and purchasing the weekly sales is not required. When does the “sad” part come in?

#1: I have real trouble taking it seriously when people with their own sims whine about how much SL is costing them. You CHOSE to fritter away hundreds of dollars on premium memberships and virtual land, so you are obviously in a comfortable financial situation RL and you need to shut up before you offend more of the millions of people out there who aren’t.
#3: This. I once read a post on WTFug criticising people’s AOs for not being something you would see at the grocery store. Honey, if I want to see people looking and acting like they do at the grocery store, I just go to the grocery store. If I want to see identikit stick-thin models, I open a fashion magazine. Not everyone wants to look realistic, not everyone wants to look your idea of beautiful, deal with it.
#9: if you have no social skills and no friends in RL then you won’t have any in SL either; it doesn’t have anything to do with how nice you are and whether you ‘deserve’ friends. Some people just find it easy to connect with others, while some find it almost impossible. You either accept the situation in both lives or set about learning how to change it in both.
#10: well maybe they’re busy, maybe they have other stuff going on in their life you don’t know about, maybe they just don’t feel they click with you. It’s not necessarily anyone’s fault this friendship has failed to get off the ground so stop moping about it and move on.

Re # 6; Judging from gifts given lately and the “maching ching ching” it would suggest this is aimed at Aoharu / Machang Pichot and insinuating that she is taking the credit for work also done by other people???
I was thinking something similar, that it was insinuating that there was a “team” of people behind the avatar of Machang Pichot. Considering she socializes in SL, I doubt it.
Yeah and if she does what’s the big deal anyhow? If she’s paying them somehow to create I don’t see an issue with it at all.
