Yeah, I sold my rare eggs and bought some Stiletto Moooooodys with the profits. A friend of mine just sold hers and used the money to take a (RL) trip to the West Coast. Hm. I believe it. While ugly , those chickens are popular and they have needs or they die. And even when they die you can purchase a reviving shot. So many people have the chickens. They desperately buy food etc for them in hopes of getting a rare egg so they themselves can make money.
