Why is this a headline/feature? Advetorial content?
Stiletto sweety we need some of those bigass gold and glass disco platforms with sloshing water and goldfish swimming around in them. For guys. If anyone can pull it off I am sure you can.
I don’t regularly buy Moody shoes because of the lack of demo’s and the prices. I picked up her freebie a few days ago to try them out and was NOT impressed. I will still not buy them if those were any indication of them. I’ll stick with my Maitreya’s…just saying.
How is this even coming close to being worthy of being featured? Moody is entirely overpriced, no demo, poor quality. I picked up that freebie shoe that was available and it was of very poor quality. I probably will never ever buy a Moody shoe after seeing first hand with that free giveaway. The price is also is another reason to go elsewhere. I mean seriously 2000L+ for a pair of virtual shoes, you’ve got to be kidding me. Brand name means nothing in Second Life! I can’t stress that enough, brand name in SL only is important to those out there who like to be spoon fed marketing garbage. Price and/or hype does not equate value.
..and here we have the ‘who is most superficial’ list of 2009. Virtual boots and shoes..lol..you have to laugh, really. I just wish I could make the cash SM does out of catering to the terminally inconsequential.
I’m content with my simple, closed sneakers personally. Now if only I can find a good high-top sneaker that isn’t ripped from Nike or a low-top that isn’t a copy of a Addidas or Converse Chucks.
I’m not gonna crucify SCD for daring to make reference to an existing, popular brand. Real-world fashion magazines do it all the time and we don’t automatically accuse them of being in pocket.
That said, I own a few pairs of SMs. I do like them, but I only own their least “hooker assassin”-looking pairs, and I think L$2000 is bloody ridiculous.

SCD doesn’t do advertorials.

Agreed — no demo, no purchase. I can’t believe with the prices they charge they don’t do demos.
Looks like a big slap on the back party to me.
Think they need chapstick after all that buttkissing?
Congrats to SCD for making the Hot List!

*snort!*
SCD sticks out like a sore thumb in that list
“Gucci, Prada and Moody…”
…. Seriously?

If I make a HOT list of shameless self-promoters, Stiletto Moody can gracefully claim first spot.
Meh.

LoL, self promotion for Stiletto Moody after some very bad publicity on gogo’s blog. Shame you fell hook line and sinker, Tenshi.
I did? Gee golly damnit.
