Fabulous Fashion with Angie Mornington on Treet TV
Monday, September 28th at 6pm SLT (PDT)
This week on a special Fabulous Fashion, Angie sits with some very special guests to discuss Content Theft in SL. Content Theft is a major issue in SL, it happens everyday and it leaves a lot of content creators feeling angry and fustrated with little or no protection. Some of YOUR favorite designers can tell you that they have been a victim of content theft by thieves who got away without punishment.
You may not know it, but lots of time and effort goes into creating the things that you wear and buy in SL, and right now content creators are struggling to combat a problem that is rampant and widespread. Please watch this show, it is important that you learn what is going on with content theft in SL and how content creators are suffering from acts of rampant theft. This affects us all, and is threatening to bring SL to an economic and creative halt if something is not done!
This week will be a panel discussion with guests that have all been affected by content theft:
~~GUEST: Rebel Hope of Rebel Hope Designs
A few days ago Rebel Hope and her partner RH Engel recently had THREE ENTIRE sims copied by a brazen thief who gave four years of their hard work away for free.

I do hope I remember this one. That is the biggest problem I have. I need something to tell me 30 minutes in advance of an event rofl.
Go Tenshi!
I think the verdict is in on the next avatar to spread across the grid. "Looting Guy" (after "Katrina Beer Guy" Looting Infamy) happily carting along a SLoover vacuum with the statement on it that says "See it & Steal it!" and a tub of stolen content. and maybe some hanging out the back pocket.
Don't let me stop anyone from creating that idea lol. But it needs to be a freebie.
you used to be able to click in search events to send a reminder to you, can you still do that? I should do that more often too.
Google calender can also send you alerts at a time of your choosing – either by email or an on screen alert. And doesn't CalenderCog have an alert feature?
