My websites are a drop in the bucket when it comes to traffic/notoriety but I’ve never approved of censorship on the Internet. The RIAA and MPAA have always implemented measures that have done more harm than good in stopping piracy.
If you are an American you need to write your representatives ASAP!
If you are not an American and your country is thinking about passing a law similar to this (or laws) PLEASE do what you can to make sure it does not become a law.
